What is the turnaround time for orders? 

Ready to ship items will be sent within 7-10 business days. This does not include USPS shipping timeframe.

What is the turn around time for dolls?

Depending on work load, dolls can take up to 1-8+ weeks to make and ship. This does not include USPS timeframe.

Do you take custom orders?

Not at the moment, but please subscribe to my newsletter so you can be notified when applications become available.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final due to each item being custom and handmade. Prior to shipping every order is carefully inspected and safely packed. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

My order was lost can you resend my order?

Betty Plumi is not responsible for any items lost in transit therefore a replacement item cannot be issued. We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping which comes with $100 insurance in the U.S. and $200 insurance for internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders are responsible for any additional charges due to customs and import taxes.
